Camp Hill, PA Camp Hill, PA Full-time Full-time $45,000 - $50,000 a year $45,000 - $50,000 a year The Field Service Manager is responsible for managing a team of field service technicians providing service and support to customers in their respective fields.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the field technicians have the necessary tools, training, and support to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction.
The Field Service Manager will also be responsible for training, scheduling, and managing customer service and field technicians in order to ensure customer satisfaction and customer service excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage, train, and develop a team of field technicians in providing service and support to customers.
Develop customer service and technical service plans and objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement field service policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Monitor customer service and field service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Ensure that all field service technicians have the necessary tools and training to provide service and support to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update customer service and field service records.
Monitor and report on field service.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have availability for escalations in a 24/7/365 environment.
Must possess strong written and verbal skills.
Must be able to communicate at all levels, up to and including executive management.
Must be proactive and forward thinking.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Strong and innovative approach to problem solving.
Excellent customer service skills and understanding of the customer's needs and expectations.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience 5
years of overall professional experience 2
years of experience supervising or managing/supervising field service personnel.
