With general account knowledge, opens and verifies coverage of incoming service events.
Provide timely, quality resolutions to service events.
Answers incoming calls and enters data into a computer database.
Use internal tools and spreadsheets to locate technicians to dispatch for service events.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Open service calls and locate technicians to dispatch for service events.
Assign cases to technicians to meet the customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitor the entered queue for new work orders throughout the day Navigate and open calls on external customer systems Take day-to-day direction from Team Leads.
Ability to answer the phone and emails and work at a computer for at least 8 hours daily.
Agents are expected to meet predetermined goals of phone calls/emails per day as documented in the Quality Standards.
The same goal is given to all team members based on the expected productivity level for the group Goals are subject to change at the leadership staff's discretion, based on data analysis (ie.
Average call handle times decrease/increase, majority of team members are meeting the goal regularly, process or system improvements, increase in workload, etc.
) Shift hours will be determined by the leadership staff based on coverage needs.
Must be willing to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude Must show initiative and be proactive Ability to handle difficult customers and circumstances effectively.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to use and monitor multiple systems Full-Time Non-Exempt Position Decisiveness - Ability to Make Decisions Dependable with a good attendance record Ability to work with others Excellent attention to detail Exceptional record-keeping skills Prior call center employment Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma with 2
years of experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
