We are in need of an experienced General Laborer and a Drywall Finisher.
We offer year-round and varied work performing facility upgrades, preventative maintenance, capital improvements and residential and commercial construction.
We work with property managers and developers to help maintain, improve, and revitalize their community or building.
We also have an excellent opportunity for a Master Electrician who is ready to be a leader.
We are building an internal team of electricians to handle commercial and residential projects from our subsidiary companies:
Property Management, Inc.
(PMI), Capitol View Construction and C.
F.
Acri and Son.
We need a master electrician to lead that team, estimate and manage projects.

Maintenance or Construction Experience Required or Master Electrician Certification High School Diploma/GED.
Reliable and Insured Transportation Valid PA Driver's License Excellent Communication Skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Working Cell Phone Recommended Skills Communication Construction Customer Service Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
