The concept arose as we began to think about the impact of our region on the Susquehanna River Valley and Chesapeake Watershed.
We want to showcase a menu, through the talents and creativity of our chefs, that is mindful of the impact and ongoing challenges the area contributes to the Bay.

While it may be hard work at times, we believe with some training, good teamwork and some fun we can get the job done! The Role As a Dishwasher you will be responsible for a variety of duties in the kitchen from cleaning kitchen areas to maintaining and utilizing the dishwasher machine.
This position will report to the Chef de Cuisine.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained, and organized Ensure floors and dry and clean Operate machinery used to wash pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware Maintain hygienic working environment in accordance with regulations and company standards Collect and remove trash Clean, sanitize and close workstations Other duties as assigned The Perks We offer health, vision, and dental insurance!
