The Program Assistant will provide logistical and administrative support to the Program team that designs, coordinates and implements programs for members of Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania.
This position will also coordinate the flow of information, documentation and communication with staff, members, volunteers, and vendors.
The Program Assistant will oversee inventory control of supplies related to programs.
Assist the Program Staff with maintaining and updating the program events calendar for Member Services and Membership/Volunteer Support Coordinators.
Monitor registration and rosters for programs and events Maintain data collection and track number of girls served and report to Program Manager.
Ensure post-program surveys are completed and that survey data is obtained and compiled.
Check Facilitator availability Responds to interest forms Confirm details of Program and confirm Facilitator, and collects payment from troop Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
2-3 years of administrative experience required, preferably for education programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and virtual meeting platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Experience coordinating administrative processes Pass and maintain required background clearances.
Maintain a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
