Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate Tax Client Log Assign tax returns to appropriate preparer based on complexity Maintain accurate and up to date accounting and payroll client email list Create and maintain client portals Draft correspondences and other formal documents Respond to emails and inquiries Onboard new clients Accounts Receivable & Monthly Billing Social Media posting Plan and schedule appointments and events and confirm meetings Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Manage Accounts Payable Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Friendly demeanor with exemplary Customer Services skills Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritize and work with interruptions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Desire to learn new skills
