Confidential Confidential Camp Hill, PA Camp Hill, PA Full-time Full-time $32,500 - $38,500 a year $32,500 - $38,500 a year Duties - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as contracts - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Organize and maintain legal files and documents using document management systems - Assist with client interviews and gather necessary information - Perform data entry tasks to update case information and maintain accurate records - Provide general clerical support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars Requirements - Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant - Proficient in legal drafting and writing skills - Familiarity with document management systems and legal research databases - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to interview clients effectively to gather necessary information Note:
