We are looking for candidates who are outgoing and personable with a focus on client satisfaction and attention to detail.
This position earns a starting base salary of $45,000 per year (based on experience)! The typical full-time work schedule is Monday-Friday, and QBW provides a flexible work schedule for our employees.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RELATIONSHIP MANAGER As a full-time Relationship Manager, you are an important resource to our clients as well as our internal teams.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, resolving an array of emerging situations and scheduled tasks by providing appropriate solutions to clients' questions with accuracy and efficiency, and following up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
All while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring client accounts are current.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with our clients via phone and email to provide them with information and the knowledge to complete operational processes.
QUALIFICATIONS Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and desire for teamwork.
A pleasant personality is a must! Experience with Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn other internal computer programs and processes.
Well-organized, efficient, dependable, and accurate.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
