Must have Microsoft Certifications and 1 yr. Level 3 Helpdesk exp. This is a temporary position located in the Harrisburg area. Duties involve Technical support to Users, identify and track issues, analyze and resolve problems, Scripting, recommend technical solutions. Technical requirements include but not limited to Windows XP,7, Windows registry modifications, McAfee, TCP/IP Networking, file printer sharing, Remedy, Adobe, CISCO/VPN, MS SMS/SCCM, SAP GUI. E-mail resume. References and background checks will be conducted.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
