### SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to support all initiatives of the CCC and ensure proper implementation of objectives of the CCC. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and applicable laws.
### ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Collaborates with leadership in developing, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of short and long range goals and objectives of the associate engagement program.
Researches world-class and best practices workforce engagement techniques. Modify and implement to achieve optimal results. Incorporates workforce engagement drivers and leadership competencies in the engagement initiatives.
Provides guidance on workforce engagement issues, including recommendation for data collection and analysis.
Summarizes and provides appropriate workforce engagement data to leaders, develops appropriate educational information and effective presentations on associate engagement for associates and leadership as well as conducting related training.
Evaluates, analyzes and correlates workforce and customer satisfaction data to determine engagement program effectiveness.
With senior leadership team, develops, supports and communicates a culture strategy which is cascaded to associates through the network of culture champions.
Strategizes and implements the Associate Engagement Survey to include actionable elements that effect the associate experience for each major business unit; stores, supply chain and corporate/support center. Coordinates vendor partnerships to promote and communicate the survey process roll out of results.
Acts as Community Manager for the internal social media platform that supports associate appreciation program to ensure that it is being utilized as intended.
Chairs the culture champion teams from the field, supply chain and corporate/support center to ensure that their ideas are promptly communicated and addressed.
Oversees the milestones and retirement associate recognition programs.
### Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises the Administrator Associate Recognition and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Rite Aid policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, directing, rewarding, and disciplining associates; appraising associate performance; and resolving complaints.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Access).
### Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
This position requires a valid driver's license for business travel.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Human Resources or related field, plus seven (7) years' experience in Human Resources, Social Media, or Communications, plus two (2) years' experience in project management, and one (1) years' experience in managing a social media platform; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
