Requirements:Bachelor's degree and two years experience working directly with people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities and one-year experience supervision staff. Associates degree and two years experience working directly with people with Intellectual/physical disabilities and two years experience supervising staff. Some college credits, three years experience working directly with people with intellectual/physical disabilities and three years experience supervising staff.
