We are in search of an Office Assistant in our office services department.
Responsibilities include: Proven time Management skills
Advanced knowledge of Outlook and MS Office programs
Exceptional administrative skills
Answering multiple line phone calls
Possess a strong skill set with word processing
Solid working knowledge of copiers
Qualifications include: Prior experience in accounting and financial services preferred
Solid written and verbal communications skills
Additional hours are required during tax season
Enjoys working in a fast paced professional environment
