IT Help Desk Technician
Opportunity to join a leading regional technology company to provide remote IT support to our clients from our Camp Hill office.

Proactive and reactive IT support to clients
Windows Servers, Exchange, Office 365
VmWare, Hyper V
Troubleshoot and support a wide variety of hardware, software and client-specific applications in both small and enterprise environments
Escalate issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
Communicate with clients, keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Ideal candidate has:
Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software and equipment
Associates or Bachelors degree in technology field preferred
1 to 3 years' professional IT experience preferred
Professional IT certifications a plus
Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively
Must have the ability to interact professionally with clients

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
