Landscaping Supervisor/Crew Leader
Immediate openings for experienced landscaping supervisors and crew leaders in Camp Hill, PA and surrounding areas. Delivering responsive, world class service to ensure the care of our clients is the mission of Classic Landscaping.
Applicants should demonstrate integrity, strong leadership skills, ability to manage schedules, possess a working knowledge of grounds management equipment, lead landscaping crews with an emphasis on quality and safety, and possess proficiency in both English and Spanish. Workload is physical in nature with heavy lifting (30-80 pounds) and long distance walking is required.
Applicants must have the ability to adapt in changing weather conditions as our scope of services changes throughout the year. Our business is seasonal with workload and hours requirements changing regurlary. All prospective employees of Classic Landscaping are expected to work overtime and Saturdays during the busy season.
Minimum one-year experience as a crew leader required. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Employee compensation varies based on experience, skill level, and industry certifications. Commercial Drivers License and Snow Plow experience are a plus.
