WebSphere Portal Administrator
Role: Websphere Admin
Responsibilities/Expected Deliverables:
Expertise in Installing, Configuration, Performance Tuning and Administration of Web Sphere Application Server( Base & ND versions).
Administration, Configuration and Maintenance of IBM HTTP Sever,Tomcat HTTP Server for various environments.
Experience in Horizontal and Vertical clustering methods implementation providing fail over, effective load balance scenarios and efficient utilization of system resources.
Expertise with JBOSS clustering and implementation is a plus
Experienced in deploying EAR, WAR and JAR, Portlets on to WebSphere Portal Server, and using automated scripts
Experience in configuring and implementing SSL, digital certificates(Signed and self signed certificates)
Experience in configuring LDAP for WebSphere security is an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; can set priorities and follow a timeline
